RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted, at CoachDiversity's discretion, within 14 consecutive days of receipt for an even exchange or store credit.
Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Upon arrival at the CoachDiversity warehouse, all returned items are inspected. CoachDiversity reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. If for any reason merchandise is not in saleable condition, we will not be responsible for shipping returned items back to the customer.
To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a store credit, that item is now final sale.
Shortly after we receive your return, you will receive a store credit via email.
